The number one question I get when people are starting a new diet or meal plan is, “What can I eat when I’m out with my family or friends?” Or, “What do I put into my shopping trolly” (yes I'm from the UK ?)
The answer is, Electric!
It’s about Energy!.... This is the age of super space fuels, atomic power, hydrogen, alternative energies and more, yet people are suffering from an energy crisis.... they are constantly fatigued, have tension and anxiety, disease and depression.
Despite the fascination with fad diets and “energy foods,” modern man has lost the formula for fundamental physical vitality.
People seem to vary between complete disregard for what they eat and a fanatical obsession with proteins, vitamins, minerals and calories. We have forgotten the age-old wisdom which recognizes that the energy from physical metabolism must be supplemented by the more subtle, dynamic electromagnetic energy of foods.
The concept of vital energy is very important in this context.
Normally, we think of food as a substance made out of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, mineral salts and lipids.
However, beyond the nutritional value, each food is also equipped with its own vital energy. Everything that exists in nature is energy... a vibration in motion.
The first person to speculate that the food we eat contains these same properties was Andre Simoneton. Encouraged by previous research, he continued these studies on how food affects the human body.
Andre Simoneton did some break through work on measuring the values of food energy. According to his measurements, foods can be divided into 4 different categories which are measured as Angstrom units.
What are Angstrom Units?
This energy is both electrical and vibrational. Its scientific term is “Angstrom units”.
The basic human wavelength is about 6500 angstroms. Foods that have wavelengths between 6500 and 10,000 angstroms, are regarded as the highest quality for human consumption.
The average Human Body Operates on a minimum of 6500 angstroms of energy. We need on average 6000-7000 angstroms of systemic energy at all times.
The average cancer patient measure 4975 angstroms.
According to Christopher Bird in his book “The Secret Life of Plants”, at approximately 4500 to 5200 angstroms, you are more susceptible to cancer or other seriously degenerative issues.
So, the key is, Maximize energy and life force of what you consume.
These foods are listed from Highest Vibration to Lowest. The higher you go on this scale, the healthier your physical body will be, the clearer and more stable your mental capacity will be, and the more receptive you will be to higher states of consciousness. Ask yourself, are you eating in a high vibration or a low vibration.
Dr. Sebi, a native Honduran who refers to himself as an intracellular therapist and herbalist, claims an organic, vegan, largely raw diet will cleanse your cells of toxins and cure diseases.
Dr Sebi has a cult following and is one of the worlds most famous promoters of the electric diet.
Sebi divides all foods into six categories: live, raw, dead, hybrid, genetically modified or drugs. His diet emphasizes live and raw foods, which he terms "electric foods."
According to Sebi, these foods are alkaline and can help heal the body of the effects of "dead," or supposedly acidic foods, which include all meat, poultry, seafood, products containing a leavening agent like yeast, synthetic or processed items, alcohol, sugar, iodized salt or anything fried.
On this diet you'll avoid all seedless fruits, insect- or weather-resistant crops like corn or certain tomatoes, and anything with added vitamins or minerals. Instead, you'll eat plain ripe fruit; non starchy vegetables, especially leafy greens; raw nuts and nut butters; and grains like quinoa, rye, wild rice or kamut.
Basic Guidelines for Diet Refinement
High Water Content Foods have a higher vibration than Low Water Content Foods
Wild Foods have a higher vibration than Domesticated/Cultivated/Hybridized/GMO Foods
Organic Foods have a higher vibration than Conventionally Grown Foods (with use of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, larvicides, etc. which are all toxic poisons)
Raw Foods have a higher vibration than Cooked Foods – The longer the cooking and the higher the temp the lower the vibration (i.e. lightly steamed is better than boiled, which is better than baked, which is better than fried, which is the worst)
Fresh Foods have a higher vibration than Packaged Foods (Grapes vs Raisins)
Whole Foods have a higher vibration than Processed Foods (Quinoa vs Bread made with Flour)
Vegan Foods (such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, and grains) have a higher vibration than Flesh/Animal Foods (such as meat, fish, eggs, and dairy)
Lighter Foods have a higher vibration than Heavier/Denser Foods (fruits vs nuts)
I'm not sure many people could argue that this protocol doesn't make a massive amount of common sense?

I don't follow an electric diet to the letter but I certainly eat mostly in the pocket of a high alkaline, electric diet.
Relating back to bodybuilding, this shift in my diet, away from a typical meat heavy, processed junk heavy diet has enabled me, at age 37 to achieve results in the gym within months, that I'd literally been trying to achieve all through my 20s.
Now my energy is always high, I've leaned out, my testosterone is up and my skin is glowing and I can see my abs for the first time.
I attribute most of these changes to the power of a plant based diet which has also raised my own frequency in terms of my mental vibration and motivation.
